The room was very clean and my stay was pleasant for my short visit; the location was fantastic for our trip to an archaeological museum just a short walk away.

The hotel is fantastic inside, single room with plenty of space (small bed, but it was fine), the air conditioning really worked well, the bathroom, big and nice, wooden floor, movie curtains, TV with international channels, really good. It's near Porta Nuova Train Station, which is ideal for visiting the centre, although there is a bit of a weird atmosphere near the Station and in the portals near the hotel, but personally nobody has bothered me. Breakfast is plentiful, hot things (they could be a bit hotter and cooked) and cold things, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, buns, stuffed croissants, coffee and juices, very good everything. Nice 4 star hotel, very friendly staff and willing to serve well.

only thing that is a bit dubious is the environment near the station and in the portals, it is not dangerous, you just have to be careful near the station. the coffee - it's very good - but it would be better to put a machine in the breakfast room, because already after the second coffee I had the courage to ask for more. Excellent hotel, recommendable, price was good to be 4 stars and have breakfast included. Bene, bene, tutto!

The room was tastefully decorated and well-equipped even with a jacuzzi in the bathroom, enjoyed it. The location was convenient and unbeatable for walking around Torino Porta Nuova railway.

The staff here are very friendly and accommodating. The room is spacious, bright, and comes with a balcony.- The hotel has a great restaurant on site.- Convenient location, just a short walk to Galo Art Gallery.- The breakfast offers a variety of delicious options.

Got fairly quiet room with a second level when arrived, enjoyed that. Everywhere there was fairly clean. The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect, close to the center with easy access to a shopping centre and a market. I often went to Greek Food Lab to pick up some food.

Room above expectation and above the average Mercure standard that I have seen in other cities. Room had nice wooden floor, was spacious, luxury decoration, very good bed, airco, bathroom up-to-date with a good shower. Location good for visiting the center of Torino.

Breakfast of average quality: - No fresh fruits for example and the scrambled eggs shouldn't be partly green coloured. But it wasn't too bad either.

The setting of the hotel was convenient and handy, next to an excellent shopping center. The food was lovely with a great selection of options.- The staff was competent and extremely helpful, offering very good services.
